Terms of service
1. Purpose: management and intermediation
Our company receives, manages and coordinates requests for vehicle assistance and transport, putting customers in touch with independent partner professionals.
Once the service has been accepted, the assigned partner carries it out directly using their own vehicles, equipment and professional resources.
The partner is the one who physically provides the service and charges the customer directly for the work done.
2. Partner professional network
We work with a wide network of self-employed professionals and independent partner companies specialising in roadside assistance and vehicle transport.
Thanks to our partner network we can offer wider geographical coverage, faster response times and greater availability, adapting to the needs of each job.
When we receive a request, we may assign it to one of our available partners in the relevant area, depending on the characteristics and needs of the service.
3. Independent professionals
Services may be carried out by self-employed professionals or independent partner companies.
Each partner operates on their own account and is responsible for having the vehicles, equipment, permits, authorisations and insurance needed to carry out their activity lawfully.
Assigning a partner allows us to offer customers a fast response and wider coverage, especially when the service is outside our usual area of operation.
4. Booking, price and payment
Before the service is carried out, the customer will be informed of the conditions and the corresponding price.
When the service is carried out by an independent partner, the customer will be informed that the physical performance of the service is the responsibility of the assigned professional or partner company.
Payment for the service will be made directly to the partner who provided the assistance or transport, who will be responsible for issuing the corresponding receipt or invoice in accordance with applicable regulations.
Our company receives a commission from the partner for finding, managing and coordinating the service.
5. Issues and complaints
If any issue arises in connection with a service carried out by a partner, our company may help with the handling of and communication between the customer and the professional who physically carried out the service.
The partner is responsible for the proper physical performance of the service within the scope of their professional and legal obligations, and for holding the relevant insurance.
All of the above is without prejudice to any liability that may legally correspond to each of the parties.
6. Acceptance
Some services may be carried out by self-employed professionals or independent partner companies. In such cases, the service will be performed and charged directly by the assigned partner, acting as an independent professional. By requesting the service, the customer accepts that it may be provided by one of our partners.
