What data we process and why

When you call us or message us on WhatsApp, we process the data you provide (name, phone number, location, vehicle details and the service requested) in order to handle your request, tell you the price and coordinate the assistance.

Legal basis

The legal basis is the taking of pre-contractual steps and the performance of the service you request.

Recipients

In order to provide the service, your data will be shared with the self-employed professional or independent partner company that carries it out. WhatsApp conversations are also subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy. No data is disclosed to other third parties unless required by law.

Retention

We keep the data for as long as needed to manage the service and deal with any issues, and thereafter for the periods required by law.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to gruaspl@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
